Not only do we accept walk-ins and individual bookings, we also set up agreements with businesses and organizations to visit their locations for onsite service. You can schedule us for a one time visit, or hire us on a schedule for regular visits! Contact us to find out more:

My name is Jake Sahr, owner and stylist and The Mobile Barbering Co. I studied at the American College of Hairstyling in Des Moines and the Salon Professional Academy in Cedar Falls.
Being a barber is a passion of mine because your style reflects who you are, and who you are reflects your style. Feeling like your best self helps you live as your best self.
Another passion of mine is community service. We not only bring our services to businesses, but also to the underserved, those with disabilities, to assisted living and group homes, and more.
We strive to provide free back-to-school haircuts for those who can't afford them, and haircuts for those experiencing houselessness.
We actively seek out deserving groups and individuals to provide those services to.
To that end, $5 from every service you purchase goes to funding our efforts!

What to Expect
I serve people of all backgrounds, hair types, textures, and styles. While I can work with long hair, I specialize in shorter hairstyles and lengths. I offer haircuts, shaves, designs, beard work, basic manicures, deep conditioning, long hair trims, and more.
My services are tailored to my clients' needs. You can rest assured, I will get to know what you want and apply it in a way that compliments your unique attributes, biology, and style.
At very appointment I will consult with you before the actual service. This consultation will address what you're looking for, the health of your hair and scalp, any problems with length or issues styling.
At the end of your appointment I will provide you with aftercare guidelines for how to take care of your hair, beard, and skin, as well as address any additional concerns or questions you might have.
